location review: rapaura watergardens

the award winning rapaura watergardens, located on the coromandel peninsula, is over 64 acres and is renowned and highly recommended by international travel guidebooks.ย they offer a seasonal display of native and exotic flowers and the best time to visit is during spring and summer where waterlilies and orchids fills the garden. our visit was in the middle of autumn, so by then, most of the flowers have wilted but we still enjoyed the bush walk that led us to the tranquil waterfall and the various sculpture along the way.

location: 586 tapu-coroglen road, rd5, thames
