my adventures to the gym is becoming more and more interesting as i am now taking spin classes. which basically means 45 minutes of exercise hell on a bike. constant cycling with different resistance on a ridiculously uncomfortable seat. being told to keep pedaling and speed up. sweat dripping from your face. legs running out of energy and becoming jelly-like.
yet, the feeling that you get when the class finishes is amazing. knowing that you can endure the 45 minutes of resistance cycling is a great accomplishment.
know i just have to motivate myself to attend the same class next week :P
